Apply for a Stormwater Permit

New User

Use the New User button on the MS4 Menu to register with the online permitting system.

You will receive an email confirming your registration before you can begin to use the system.

Registered User

Use the Registered User Login button on the MS4 Menu to login.

Select your permit application and file online.

NOTE: A period of 28 days is allowed for plan review and approval beginning from the date of receipt of a complete permit application including the fee. The review period begins again with each plan revision.

Your permit is issued by email after the fee is paid and application review is complete.

Report a Water Quality Problem

User registration is not required.

Use the Go button for Report/Review an Inquiry on the MS4 Menu to report a water quality problem or situation that needs attention.

Your inquiry will be forwarded to the appropriate department for review and investigation.
